Teachers should not be the invigilator of his/her own school during PSLE. A woman, went on cheating and helped 3 of her school pupils to change his/her answer after the exam. She was then caught and sent to jail. What's the problem with her? why do she want to cheat?

Ya you are right.
The ministry of education had implemented this but the teacher involved did not inform the chief invigilator about this.
This is the fault of the teacher and invigilator.
He did not check the status of the teacher involved.
The said teacher is trying to pull up the marks of the student she taught.
