1. Rising of temperatures: Average global temperature have risen in this century. This is because of that the greenhouse gases build up with carbon dioxide. It affects human lives and animal lives.
2. Rising sea levels: Sea levels are rising hastily and made till low lying islands to have severe floods.
3. Melting ice: Antartica are affected by the hot weather as it has ice. Ice will melt, and animals living on the Antartica will die due to the weather. There will be lots of floods, which causes sea level to rise. Loss of Arctic ice also frees methane. It is a greenhouse gas from seas and soils which will worsen global warming.
4. Dying seas: Seas that has fishes and other living things growing in it will die easily as the seas absorb carbon dioxide which is turning the waters MORE acidic. Warmer waters have also killed a quarter of the world's coral reefs.
5. Severe storms: The frequency of downpours and the power of hurricanes have increased so dramatically that "100-year storms" are striking some areas once every 15 years.
6. Parched earth: Some areas were experiencing droughts, such as El Nino. High temperature bring less snow to Himalayas, causing that area to have lesser water supplies for people living downstream.
7. Smaller harvests: Farmers have complaint that the dry weather have made their crops 50 percent less yield.
8. Earlier springs: Japan's cherry blossom season came five days early this year and a week earlier than the average for the past three decades.
9. Spread of diseases: diseases and their carriers can travel easily because of warmer temperatures.
10. Endangered species: The most affected victim is the polar bears. They live in icy cold place. As the ice melts, they will lose their habitat.

Wow, well written for saving mother earth.
You must also preach what you said and commit to it.
Try using less electricity and water.
This will also help to reduce earth natural resources.
