Having HIV/AIDS instead of big brain disease? Which is MORE serious? Brain disease, of course! 2 boys with brain disease werebeing inserted with HIV genes to cure the brain disease. This is so called "exchange", but exchange for a better disease. As i think that HIV is better than brain disease, and not as serious as brain disease, altough it causes aids, it's very good exchange.

This is unorthdox method of treatment.
I would not agreed with this method. Both diseases are fatal and rob the person a decent living standard.
I would think dieing gracefully will be a better solution.
