Living in condo is good, but you must also follow the rules. But why should we? What are the rules?
1)No renting of rooms.
2)Do not hang your laundry outside your house.
3)Do not let your maids use the swimming pool.
4)You cannot use condo facilities to teach outsiders.

Ya you need to upkeep the environment of the condo you like.
This is to preserve the value of the existing condo.
Of course some rules are so rigid that it is meaningless to live there.
Anyway, if you can afford to live in condo, you are consider as quite rich !!!!!
