A singapore armed forces (SAF) regular serviceman collapsed during a run on Friday morning and died shortly after. Second Warrant Officer Lim Kian Hong, 52, collapsed about 1.2km into the self-paced 2.4 km run at about 8.25 am at the Nee Soon Driclad Centre, said a Ministry of Defence statement on Friday.
It was such a pity that he died. He is only 52 which can live maybe until 80 to 90 years old. Anyway, living in this world makes, we people, suffer.

Nobody knows what has actually happen.
The family members said that he always went jogging and seems to be very fit.
Well, life is like that and everyone must treasure the family members when they are around.
Someday, if one of the family member is not around, you will not regret so much.
