9 years old boy killed by a man hired by his mother

This is terrible! Why do parents always give birth to children and kill them when they are older? In Shanghai, there currently is a law which stated that there is a limited children each and every parents can have. Now, a mother of the 9 years old child has to kill her own child so as to have another child.

I wonder why the law is so unfair to children. Children are innocent...
