An actor which has incurable illness

A Mediacorp actor, Chew Chor Meng, had an incurable illness after he had an accident while he was acting. He had a disease, which his muscle will contract until he dies. I read the newspaper that he heard the doctor said that this illness is incurable and rare. Now, he thinks that he will be sitting on a wheelchair after 5 years as he will not have enough energy to walk anymore.

He also said that he was very sad and before he dies, he wanted to see her daughter grow up. I feel that he is very dissapointed that he had this illness. I do not think that he could be an actor anymore after the 5 years as he will be sitting on a wheelchair. What do you think?
