Retrechment in South Korea

Now, not only United States and Japan, even South Korea had started retrenchment. Retrenchment just lead you to death. Some can get lucky but some are really unfortunate. Some who are that lucky that they can find a job. As in Singapore, an event was organised at Vivo city for job fair, many people went there. Most are scared of retrenchment as you could not actually count on your luck. You may be lucky not to be retrenched, but most of the people who are not retrenched are the ones who were working hard and not the lazy ones.

South Korea started retrenchment and there, many people lost their jobs. Fortunately, South Korea as bad as Japan. Some people suicide while some are very poor. How i wish that when at World War II, the enconomic would be so bad until the Japanese could not even attack Singapore.

Malay smokers

Many Malay smokers decided to quit smoking at the end of the year. From year 2005, they calculated that there are many people at age 16 started smoking. Now, at age 12 to 14, there are much lesser smokers. Many people started smoking and does not know that it is bad for health. For those second hand smokers are more worse. It has a higher percentage of having cancers than a normal smoker.

This is because that the smoker, smoke and the smoke coming out from the cigarette combines with their bad breath and will become a more harmful smoke. You will then breathe in their smoke and it will cause you more problems. I hate the people who created cigarette. They killed many innocent people with this evil cigarette.

Singapore flyer maintenance

The Singapore Flyer had stopped working suddenly while many people are riding! The maintenance used 6 hours and people had to wait. The other customers was given an extention of the expiry date for the tickets. This incident made them lose customers. Some customers are not afraid of this incident and still wanted to take a ride on it. There are more than 5 of them that said that they were not scared as they had ride on it once and wanted to ride it again.

Some people have stopped coming to the Singapore Flyer but it is still as popular as ever. Although it is not as popular as Singapore's Chilli Crab and other delicious food, i guess, they are still popular.

10 foreign workers hospitalised while 1 was dead.

There are a total of 11 workers living together. They told Today that their boss did not give them enough food. Everyday, their boss gave them 1 bowl of rice and some curry vegetable and fish. A worker suddenly have some rashes like chicken pox. Soon, the worker died. The police soon knew that incident and the other 10 foriegn workers was immediately sent to the hospital. The other 10 workers told Today that they did not have enough food to work.

If the boss knew that the workers needs more food, then why did he gave them lesser? I do not think that the boss does not know that the workers need more food.

Lesser shoppers at US holiday sales

At United States(US), many people were retrenched too. Now, people in US do not shop as frequently anymore. At the holiday sales, there are not as many customers as last year. People have been cutting down on shopping in order to save money. Japan is more worst than US. Many people in Japan lost their jobs because of retrenchment. Some even suicide as they were retrenched. So pity that they do not have enough money and was retrenched.

Economic is not getting good. Some people in Japan have suicide because of this. If the economic becomes good, it would be better for people.

Big loss after investment

A lady who decided to retire soon, invested her retirement savings. She did not read the Terms and Conditions before investing. Therefore, she lost her money and needed to earn back her $100k now. Because of this, she had to postpone her retirement.

She was very angry and told her daughter about this. Her daughter scolded her for not reading the Terms and Conditions before investing. I hope the lady will learn her lesson.

Face surgery

Several China people went to face surgery in China and of course, some succeed while some died. Some people died after the face surgery. A boy in America who is without a chin bone, succeeded in his surgery. He now has a new chin and was surely very happy. He was lucky that his surgery had succeeded.

For us, who do not have anything less, should protect our body. We must treasure our body and not waste it as we had family and friends. People who do not have families and friends are very pity. We must treasure our body at all times.

Melamine made Singapore spent around $4 million

After the melamine accident, Singapore, decided to check the products. Singapore decided to do additional check in laboratory spent $2 million. The products that still contains melamine were thrown away worth $1.6 million! Then, the destruction cost around more than $30,000!

It was so expensive just to get rid of melamine. If there are no melamine, Singapore will not need to waste $4 million again.

Bullies

There are many different type of methods to bully people. They are bullies who send you an offensive message, msn and other things. This bullies are mean and they will think it is funny to bully people. Everyone hates bullies, even me.

I feel that there is no need to be a bully if you are so free, do something good and not bully people. You can also do things that will make people happy but not sending offensive message or other things.

melamine in julie's biscuit

There are actually melamine found in Julie's biscuit. Because of the melamine, the company lost quite alot of money. They are now baking new biscuits and they also checked the colour of it. The worse is the China's milk. It cannot be drank as it contains plastic chemical inside it.

Until now, I still hate China as they made this kind of poisonous products for people to drink. They are actually killing people and not giving proteins.

Men dies 5 years earlier than women

Do you know that a man dies 5 years earlier than a lady? If a man dies at age 78, the lady will die at the age of 83. Women can help men live longer by letting them eat healthy food, excercise daily. You must watch out for the food you eat, especially when you are old. When you are old, you will get ill easily, not a simple one but something like cancers.

I wonder why men dies so easily even they are careful of what they eat and are very sporty. This is what i read in the newspapers and i do not actually agree with them.

Quitting smoking

Many people are smoking nowadays. There are people who are trying to quit smoking and some succeed. Of course, there are people who failed to quit smoking. Smoking is bad for health. Smoking does not make them good too! It can only take over their lives and destroys people. If they think that smoking makes them good, they are wrong!

I myself also feel that smoking is bad for health and it destroys lives. Smoking does not make them cool or good. The best thing is, do not smoke.

Many people queuing for job fair

There were thousands of people queuing up for the civil service job fair at Vivo City. There were many of them queuing up to get a job. Some of them needed a job to get ready for retrenchment for the old job. There should be alot of people at the job fair, waiting for jobs.

I guess the people who have gone there could be retrenched or is going to be retrenched soon. For those poor families, they will not have enough money to buy food anymore.

Sleeping pills

Have you heard of sleeping pills? A lady, who had always suffered from insomnia, had been asking the doctor for sleeping pills. As time came by, she kept lying to the doctor as she had already been addicted to sleeping pills. She had been taking them, daily. There are more than 20 doctors being disciplined not to anyhow prescribe the pills to people. Some of the doctors bought the pills at cheaper prices and sold them at a higher price to earn profit. The lady was jailed for 8 months.

So, if you do not want do be jailed, do not be addicted to drugs.

An actor which has incurable illness

A Mediacorp actor, Chew Chor Meng, had an incurable illness after he had an accident while he was acting. He had a disease, which his muscle will contract until he dies. I read the newspaper that he heard the doctor said that this illness is incurable and rare. Now, he thinks that he will be sitting on a wheelchair after 5 years as he will not have enough energy to walk anymore.

He also said that he was very sad and before he dies, he wanted to see her daughter grow up. I feel that he is very dissapointed that he had this illness. I do not think that he could be an actor anymore after the 5 years as he will be sitting on a wheelchair. What do you think?

A riot broke up in Greece after the police killed a boy

Riots again? Everytime i read newspaper most of the time are accidents and riots. Why do they like riots so much? The police in Greece killed a boy before the riot broke out. I wonder why they are so free as they should be doing their own things. I think that riots are caused by troublemakers as they only cause troubles or even make troubles. I hate troublemakers.

There were riots in Singapore too. I wish that there were no riots anymore in Singapore, even the other countries. Riots does not make people happy but make innocent people die.

Malaysia landslide

Malaysia had a landslide! Many people were injured while some were dead. Some were even burried alive as they were not spotted! There are some people missing here and there, but most were saved and the police had actually ended their searching of people alive in the landslide.

They had saved the people they could saved but maybe somehow, they are careless that they did not see them. A landslide in Malaysia... i never heard about landslides in Malaysia before.
Those people burried alive was too unlucky as they are stuck inside and did not have any solutions for that. It will be too bad for them, then.

An accident

A reversing car hits a man? I just feel that it was so ridiculous. A couple, which always meet each other in a quiet place, on the bench, was involved in the car accident. As usual, meeting at the same place, sitting on the same bench but chatting happily. It was happy until the day the man died. The couple was chit-chatting happily when all of a sudden, a reversing car bang into them. then man was squashed by the car. Of course, he died.

I do not think that the car will bang into them so easily. Anyway, they should not have sat on the bench near the carpark which it will be dangerous and will have accidents easily. Watch out for cars when you cross the road, or even when you are talking near the road!

A brave mother

There is a landslide in malaysia, therefore, many people were injured while some were not saved. A mother of three, who was only with two of her children, protected the two by hugging them but unfortunately, she broke her ribs. She died but luckily, her two children were saved, together with her husband and one of her children. Luckily, her sacrifice was not in vain.

I wonder how can the children live without their mother? They are unlucky as they only have one parent which is their father, but not mother.

Singaporean sue Baush and Lomb for injuring his eye

A singaporean sued Baush and Lomb as their contact lens injured his eye. What really happened? Do you know that actually, there are fungus in their contact lens! The singaporean was very smart and therefore, sue Baush and Lombin in United States! He knew that he would earn money if he had sue Baush and Lomb in United States.

A few days ago, i went to a spectacle shop to repair my spectacles. I then saw someone buying Baush and Lomb contact lens. I guess, after the Baush and Lomb's incident, they regained customers. Now, i think that more people will be buying their products.

Foreigners waiting at Thailand's airport

Many foreigners waited at the airport as there are protesters in Thailand. The whole Thailand airport was filled with people. It would be very dangerous if someone plants a bomb in the airport. Many of the foreigners will die. If a person really did this, they are inhuman. If there is a 90 seat plane, that will be good.

Many of the foreigners wanted to go back to their country as they might be killed by the protesters. If i were there, i would surely go back to my country.

A jet plane which 90 people can sit

Shanghai invented a new jet plane which 90 people can sit! This jet plane surely a very big plane as 90 people can sit inside. I am sure that many people wanted to sit on the plane. Actually, the first thing they need to have is good service.

A plane which can sit alot of people but does not have a good service will not attract people for boarding the plane. Secondly, the plane had to be cleaned and not dirty. Dirty will only cause people to think that the plane is unhygenic. And finally, the seats. if there are more seats, the more passenger they can fetch. If they can fetch more passengers, they will not need to wait so long.

This is what i think a plane should have.

A teen found dead at East Coast Park

A teen, which is 16 years old, was found dead in East Coast Park. His body was found by a passer-by, which was going swimming with friends that night. The body was in a tent and the police are investigating why the teen will die. His family arrived at the scene around 11p.m. His mother cried as she was very sad that her child had died in a young age.

I wonder if the passer-by did not go for swimming, will anyone notice the dead body? Or if his tent was closed, i guess there is surely no one notice it unless someone gets suspicious about the tent being there for so long.

Pakistan being accused of attacking Mumbai

In Mumbai, most of the terrorists are from Pakistan, therefore, the people in Mumbai accused Pakistan for attacking them. Around 190 people were killed. 4 years ago, in Pakistan, one of the 5 star hotel was being attacked too. I guess it could be Mumbai that attacked them.

For me, i would like to live in peace and harmony. If u do not attack people, why will they attack you? Some people who attacks people for no reason is just a troublemaker. I wish i could live in peace and harmony. ^^

Terrorist attack

A woman, who is from Singapore went to Mumbai for a meeting and stayed in a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, terrorists attacked the hotel with guns and other weapons. She was too unlucky that the terrorist killed her. Soon, her family watch her comming back with coffin. She was a lawyer and had a lovely husband.

This woman was an unlucky person. She should be very good in studies but she died early. That is really too bad for her.

Dying but not afraid

An elderly woman, who actually had a cancer which is not able to cure unless she go for an operation, had decided to give up her life. She was in her eightys and suffered from diffrent kinds of cancer before the final one. She did not want an operation as it will cost a huge sum of money.
She wanted to leave the world quickly as she do not want her children to spend mooney on her as she was too old to live.

I feel that she was too thrifty. As long as they had enough money for the operation, why not? She can be cured unless her cancer cannot be cured. Why must she choose to leave?

Getting a good score for PSLE through a good tutor

A girl, got back her Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) score. It was 252! Her parents was proud of her marks, not because of the score but is because of their daughter can score this kind of marks without revising with her parents.

I was surprised too! I think that she did well for her PSLE and chose a good school! It will be good if I am her.

The polluted river in china

A river in China "Mother River", was polluted with rubbish and wastes. Almost 1/3 of the river is polluted! The river is so dirty that it had reached level 5 which means that the water in the river was so dirty that it cannot be drank. It is the most dirty river I ever seen. If the rivers in China was polluted, I guess that they will not even have enough to drink!

I am so lucky because I am in a clean country, using clean water but I am sure that there are still people who is polluting the rivers! They are so inconsiderate and selfish as if they rule the river. The water i wanted to drink is a clean water and not a dirty and polluted water.

5 men died most likely of sex drugs

Wow, 5 men died just because of sex drugs? These sex drugs are too harmful and they should not take it. 5 men wasted their lives on sex drugs! What is the use of taking it? I wonder what makes them take it. It is so harmful and will kill people! The person who creates this drug is so evil! He killed people by creating drugs.

I think that all the man are very depress, usually at work but if some men can live happily, why cant they? I hate drugs as it kills the people who took it...

Suing banks is not that easy...

Most of the investers had invested their money and lost a huge sum of money. In United States, many of the people were bankrupt after they invested and lost a huge sum of money. Many of them went to court, just to take back the money but in the end, they lost.

I feel that they should face the music and not making troubles. Someday, the bank will be bankrupt too, even the government. They should learn not to invest a huge sum of money and not making trouble by suing the banks because they will waste more of their money!

Global war of terror

Although George Bush's "Global war of terror" was catchy, it had no stratergies. George Bush thought that the terrorism can be controled but it cant. Actually terrorism cannot be controled but can only be diminished. George Bush killed many muslims. Because of that, George Bush was hated by muslims, made United States lose its goodwill and made muslims died.

George Bush was then failed being a president. Obama have taken over George Bush. Although Obama is a black american, he is still choosen to be the president. Now, in United States, Obama is the first black american president. I think George Bush does not fit to be a president as he always creates wars...

Shall the writer be worried?

A mother of one, had an accident in the bathroom. She slipped and fall onto the floor and fainted! The writer received an article from her friend. Inside the article, she saw that a lady was working when she fainted. What actually happened? The lady had acute brain haemorrhage! The lady actually knocked onto a glass panel before and did not felt dizzy.

The lady was sent into the hospital and died a few days later while sleeping in the hospital. I wish that she died peacefully.....

The Red Bull Air Race

Singapore could be the first country in asian to organise the F1 air race! Singapore is close to staging the Red Bull Air Race in 2010 that races by using planes in the air! The arial track is 1,200m by 800m! Its a long race! It could be held on the year, 2010. The F1 racing, in Perth, attracted more than 50,000 people!

The air race in Singapore will surely be very crowded and the race in the air...will be nice! I hope i can go to the Red Bull Air Race but it might be expensive... If you have a chance to go, you must cherish it!

The sixth China people being killed!

Sixth China people being killed.... I wonder why. Do that murderer hate China people so much? I think so! That person which is killed, lived in a rented room with three China people. His body was found with multiple stabs! He is about 20 years-old and was found dead in his room.

The police have currently arrested a suspect which is believed that the suspect is living in the same house as the victim. The area is at somewhere in Jurong. People in Jurong needs to be more careful, especially China people as the murderer could be somewhere around Jurong and maybe the murderer does not like China people and wanted to kill them. China people, be more careful!

Shenzhen Riot after a road accident

A riot started just after a road accident on friday. A motocyclist crashed into a checkpoint when a local police offcial threw the walkie-talkie at him. The police official explained that the motocyclist drove too fast so he threw the walkie-talkie to him.

However, the walkie-talkie blocked the motocyclist's view and crash into the checkpoint. The motocyclist died after the riot. The people in Shenzhen attacked the police, burn the police cars, and all sorts or things.

The riot stopped at around 2am. Then, the motocyclist died.....

Pimed jailed in a new law for protecting minors

A teenager from China, was arranged to prositude herself. The Pimp, who arranged the teenage girl to prositude herself, was fined at first.

Soon, the high court decided to fine the Pimp $8000 and do not need to go to jail. Until some time, there is a new law for protecting minors. It was then the Pimp was fined $8000 and have to go to 12 months jail. What is the use of prositude? I feel that the teenage girl from china was stupid.

Crisis of D&D

A women, was told by her company that the company will organise Dinner and Dance(D&D). Just a few days before, she went to ebay and search for a dress. A dress that cost $750 caught her eyes. She decided to order the dress and wear it during D&D.

The next day, she heard her collegues said that the D&D had been canceled. She had just wasted her $750 on a dress as the D&D had been canceled... She might be upset as she wasted $750 on a dress which she could not wear at D&D.

A bigger, better library

There were 2 libraries renovating to expand it. One of the library is Yishun library while the other one is Choa Chu Kang library. The Yishun library had opened last friday, while the Choa Chu Kang library is still renovating.

The previous Yishun library is at Yishun St 22 and many people had been waiting for it to move to a better place. The new Yishun library is now located in Northpoint Shoppinng Mall, at the forth floor. It is big, can fill more people and books, and crowded. I look forward going to the Yishun library but it was too far from my house. Remember to visit the Choa Chu Kang library when it opens!

A duo, Eugine Yeo and Derarith Saing were in Cambodia, doing community work when they found a bussiness opportunity. They decided to start a bussiness on window films. Their another friend, Alex Tay, worked with them.

Thaksin had been very closed to her wife and they are even closer when they had problems in Thailand. I read about this article that Thaksin and his 32 years wife, divorced. Thaksin and his wife said that they have decided to divorce as to make the people in Thailand comfortable. They had divorced last Friday in Bankok, Thai consulate.

The article i read is wrote by a spokesman, which had no details of it. Is divorce the only way they can do? They should think of another solution instead of divorcing as they were very close. Divorcing is not the only thing that can solve the problem...
