2 "loan sharks" received a stiff punishment of 7 years of jail, 17 strokes of cane and 14 strokes of cane respectively. One of them had 70+ charges while the other had 50+ charges. Both of them were actually DEBTORS! They owed the loan sharks about $500 at the start but end up paying by working under them. The one with 70+ charges burnt the items outside other debtors' house. The other was looking around to see if anyone is moving towards them. At last, they were caught. Why do they want to do this kind of work? Don't they find it tough? Why not just find a company to work if they are not scared of tough work? Tough work= earn more money as other people may not want to do. Why risk of getting into jail?

These runners are previous victims.
They also own the loan shark big sum of money.
To pay back they are forced to work in this circumstance.
Sad case for the runners.
The police must catch the mastermind of the loan shark.
