Regular hand washing, do not self-medicate, go to a doctor if you are ill. <<<< Some people, do not follow these steps. It is very inconsiderate to not to follow these steps as you may give other people the flu.

Yes wash hands frequently.
Bathe at least twice a day.
H1N1 will not get near to you.
Why ?
Beacuse you are too clean for them (H1N1) to survive.
