16000 job lost? This is getting terrible. Its not 16 but 16000. Can you believe that? 13600 were retrenched and 2400 were contract workers which the contract was canceled. Economic is getting worse now. Who is going to help? Government or Billionaire?
Government can help by giving money to the poor people while Billionaire spent more money for government to give money to the poor or donate money to the poor. If i am a Billionaire... how i wish i am a billionaire... and i could help poor and enjoy fortune... As i know, these days would never... never... come...

How to solve the problem of so many people out of job?
Most of the responsible government are trying very hard to resolve the Job issue.
Many governments had pump in alot of money to help salvage what ever job is in the market.
Action such as giving money to the employer and reduce the operation cost was just some of the things that they do.
I also do not have any good idea to save the economy.
If you have and idea, please give me a tickle by writting on this page.
All the years, do the world have bad economy? If they do experience before, they should be able to settle this more quickly as if this is not the first time for economy down.
In order to save the economy, people should keeping looking for job and not staying at home, being lazy. I feel that the government should make the bank to print more money so that there is a cycle.
The government should stop tradings from other countries. As it will pass the money down from country to country, Singapore dollars will decrease if the government have not stop tradings.
