An elderly woman, who actually had a cancer which is not able to cure unless she go for an operation, had decided to give up her life. She was in her eightys and suffered from diffrent kinds of cancer before the final one. She did not want an operation as it will cost a huge sum of money.
She wanted to leave the world quickly as she do not want her children to spend mooney on her as she was too old to live.
I feel that she was too thrifty. As long as they had enough money for the operation, why not? She can be cured unless her cancer cannot be cured. Why must she choose to leave?
